Gained his Master of Law in 2018, He has diverse experiences in handling cases both litigation and corporate i.e. Family Dispute; Litigation & Investigation; labor & employment; Antitrust & Competition Law; Oil & Gas; Bankruptcy; Banking & Finance; Environment; Insurance; Shipping & Logistics; Merger & Acquisition.
He is currently an active member of Indonesian Advocate Association (PERADI) and Indonesian Competition Lawyers Association (ICLA). To sharpen his existing skills and gain further knowledge, he is currently pursuing a Professional Education for Capital Market Legal Consultant at FHP Education of Law in corporation with Association of Capital Market Legal Consultant (HKHPM) in Indonesia.
Natalia Dwi Lestari, S.H., M.H. - Partner
Starting her carrier in Notary’s office, she established her interest as a legal consultant in 2009. In 2010 she joined one of the prominent consulting firm in Jakarta and dedicated most of her time for the firm and the study majoring in law. After obtained her Bachelor degree of Law, in 2016 she continued her study under post-graduated program in Gadjah Mada University and obtained her Master of law in 2018. Considering to her professional experiences and educational background, she decided to start her own firm in Jakarta.
Natalia has wide experiences in Corporate and Commercial Matters, especially Intellectual Property; Company Establishment & Licenses; Restructuring & Insolvency; Labor & Employment; Alternative Dispute Resolution; Mini Hydro Power Plant; Land & Property; Forestry & Plantation; Information Technology & Telecommunication; Tax Law. To complete her skills and knowledge, she is currently pursuing her advocate license in Indonesia.
Benget Hasudungan Simatupang, S.H., M.H. - Associate
Ben Simatupang obtained his Master of Law from Gadjah Mada University in 2017. He is focusing on litigation, corruption & criminal law. He is active in various organization one of them is Vice Chairman of Student Association Master of Law Litigation Faculty of Law Universitas Gadjah Mada & Chairman of Student Association Criminal Law (HIMA) Faculty of Law Andalas University.
Based on his experience as a staff of Monitoring and Recording Team of Corruption Team of corruption Court Faculty of Law of Andalas University in corporation with Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), he is now a supervisor of our Litigation and Enforcement Team specialized in Criminal Law litigation case.
Rafosa Ariska Harahap, S.H. – Associate
Rafosa has graduated from Bachelor Degree, Faculty of Law, the University of Riau 2016 majoring in criminal law. In 2017 she worked as a Junior Lawyer in Rhonny Sapulette & Co. She handled various litigation cases i.e. corruption, dispute settlement and civil cases. Before joining in Rhonny Sapulette & Co, she worked at Sinurat-Simmaremare & Partners in 2016 as a Junior Lawyer.
Her knowledge and experiences combined with her activity in several organizations (one of them is Student Association of Criminal), makes an extensive knowledge for her own benefit. In 2018 she gained certification from Constitutional Court about Technical Guidance Settlement of Cases election disputes governor, Regent, and mayor election. She is good on litigation technical analysis, presentation skill, and public speaking. In BRNM, she focused on criminal law, civil law, and constitutional law.
